Over several years, we’d worked closely and successfully with InSinkErator to build unprecedented consumer awareness for its kitchen accessories. Nevertheless, a huge opportunity to tap into the retro-fit marketplace remained. We created a lifestyle-focused consumer campaign – based around the launch of the new 3N1 instant hot water tap – to persuade consumers to upgrade their kitchens without breaking the bank. The multi-touchpoint campaign was led by a TV commercial encouraging consumers to ‘fall in love’ with the product. Overall, we have helped InSinkErator to double sales revenues over a five year period.
