Name of the Campaign: Total (Loyalty programs and emailing campaigns)
Initial situation: The TOTAL network of petrol stations in The Netherlands and Grand Duchy of Luxemburg rely on Expansion to increase the loyalty of their customers (TOTAL Club users). Several campaigns are developed to increase the membership of the Club and follow-up the satisfaction and loyalty of existing Club users. Expansion has developed an email platform and tools for these campaigns as well as reporting tools which produce detailed return on investment figures for the campaigns. |
